Fudge by Design

Packaging does make a difference when it comes to keeping your fudge fresh.

Did you ever purchase fudge and they cut a slice and put it in a cardboard box?  It was probably dried out by the time you got to your car!

We package all our fudge in a plastic deli container.  It stays fresh at room temperature for weeks (it probably won't last that long, but you get the point!)  If you want to keep it for long-term, just put it in the freezer.

Also, packaging it like we do, it is appropriate to give them as a gift.
